 We assist businesses and strata committees in the upkeep of their property. This includes everything from the day to day running of the building and answering enquiries via, phone, email and in person, to carrying out the routine maintenance of all hard and soft assets, and directing the shareholders through defect periods and remedial work. We believe a good building manager is one that is proactive and not reactive, and one that can communicate. 

Our model works for both part time and full-time building management. We realise that not all properties require an onsite building manager 38 hours a week and are proud to also provide options for any amount of onsite and remote work you wish to have at your property, pending the size of the building, age and foot traffic.
