"Leading Facilities Management is a passion project. Having worked in the industry for 5 years I began Leading FM to give shareholders in both the strata and commercial sector an option for a modern, fresh and hands on service for both facility management and cleaning. We use a mixture of old school, agricultural methods whilst incorporating technology into our practice. 

We listen to our customer as to what it is they actually want and tailor our service to suit. We are not just another cleaning company. We are one that will show the same amount of care as I would my own home or garage. This ideology is passed on throughout the business. This method allows us to build a relationship with our clients and the people around them. We want to be able to have our customers lean on us for absolutely any cleaning or management request and with this our name gets around. 

I don't believe in extreme, active marketing. I believe in getting the job done."
